Business Development Associate

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate with at least 1 year of experience in generating business through online platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing sites. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability in bidding, proposal writing, cold calling, and email marketing to drive new business opportunities in the digital services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential clients on Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing platforms.
Generate leads through bidding, submitting proposals, and cold calling.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Collaborate with the technical team to develop project proposals.
Negotiate project terms, pricing, and close deals.
Maintain a database to track leads and project statuses.
Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Stay updated on industry trends to refine bidding strategies.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in business development via freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, etc.).
Proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets.
Strong knowledge of bidding, proposal writing, and negotiation.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Basic understanding of IT services and digital marketing (preferred).
