Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with healthcare professionals in the UK via phone and email to discuss job opportunities
  • Shortlist qualified candidates and arrange interviews based on client needs
  • Proactively attract healthcare staff through phone calls and emails
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all candidate interactions
  • Meet recruitment targets and contribute to the overall success of the campaign
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth recruitment operations

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English
  • Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office or CRM tools
  • Disciplined, punctual, and a quick learner with a strong work ethic
  • Experience in healthcare recruitment or international call centers is preferred
  • Healthcare-related experience is an advantage
  • Graduation or Intermediate education required
  • Previous experience in UK recruitment is a plus (1-2 years preferred, but freshers are also welcome to apply)
