PKR. 40,000 - 70,000/Month
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with healthcare professionals in the UK via phone and email to discuss job opportunities
- Shortlist qualified candidates and arrange interviews based on client needs
- Proactively attract healthcare staff through phone calls and emails
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all candidate interactions
- Meet recruitment targets and contribute to the overall success of the campaign
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth recruitment operations
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English
- Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office or CRM tools
- Disciplined, punctual, and a quick learner with a strong work ethic
- Experience in healthcare recruitment or international call centers is preferred
- Healthcare-related experience is an advantage
- Graduation or Intermediate education required
- Previous experience in UK recruitment is a plus (1-2 years preferred, but freshers are also welcome to apply)
