We are looking for motivated individuals to join our outbound call center team as Customer Service Representatives (CSR).
Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers to promote products and services
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries
- Meet performance targets and sales goals
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Requirements:
- Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude
