We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Sales Officer to join our tile shop. The ideal candidate should have some experience or knowledge of tiles, be eager to learn more, and possess strong communication skills to engage with customers and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting tiles based on their needs and preferences.
- Provide product information and guidance on tile types, finishes, and installation.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales.
- Maintain an organized and customer-friendly store environment.
Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge or experience in the tile industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the field.
