We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving revenue targets in a competitive real estate and marketing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional strategies
Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications
Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale
