Graphic Designer / Video Editor

Create Visually Striking Content: Craft visually appealing social media posts, infographics, and digital assets to engage the target audience. Develop eye-catching website content, including banners, graphics, and visual elements for an enhanced user experience.

Craft Compelling Marketing Materials: Design posters, flyers, and marketing collateral that align with the brand's identity and marketing objectives. Create visually impactful videos that effectively communicate brand stories and messages.

Manage Video Production: Take ownership of the video creation process from concept development to final production. Edit and enhance raw footage to produce polished and professional videos.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work collaboratively with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver content that meets or exceeds expectations.

Stay Updated with Design Trends: Keep abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to the team.

Adhere to Brand Guidelines: Ensure all visual content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent brand identity.

Manage Multiple Projects: Handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining the highest level of quality and creativity.

Requirements:

Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer/Video Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing creative work.
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
Strong understanding of design principles, including composition, color theory, typography, and layout.
Experience in video production, including shooting, editing, and post-production processes.
Attention to detail and an obsession with delivering polished and professional output.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Excellent communication skills to effectively articulate ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
A passion for staying updated on the latest design and video editing trends and technologies.
