We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our growing finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in financial record keeping, preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable/receivable, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Record daily financial transactions in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or ERP).
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Maintain ledgers, monitor bank reconciliations, and handle petty cash.
Prepare and verify expense reports and invoices.
Support audits and assist with tax filings (Sales Tax, Income Tax, etc.).
Work closely with the finance manager on budgeting and forecasting.
Maintain and organize financial documents and records.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com / M.Com).
ACCA part-qualified or MBA Finance will be a plus.
Experience:
0–2 years of relevant experience.
Fresh graduates with strong academic background are welcome.
Skills:
Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently or as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
