We are looking for a dynamic and organized Assistant – Aftersales to support our post-sales operations and ensure smooth communication between customers and internal teams. This role is critical to maintaining customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Aftersales team in responding to customer queries and complaints
Coordinate repair, maintenance, and service requests
Track and update service orders and follow up on pending cases
Maintain customer service records and databases
Support the preparation of reports and documentation for management review
Liaise with internal departments (technical, logistics, etc.) to resolve issues
Ensure timely and professional aftersales support to enhance customer retention
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or related discipline
1–2 years of relevant experience in customer service or after-sales support
Basic knowledge of after-sales processes and service tracking
Strong written and verbal communication skills
