We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Assistant Manager Sales to join our growing team. The individual in this role would be responsible for identifying new prospective Industries/Segment/Market for sales, ensuring cross selling from product basket to expand business, conducting competitor analysis to achieve market share metrics, achieving business goals and increasing sales growth. and building relationship with old new and existing clients. We are seeking a candidate who is persuasive, energetic, and ready to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

Preference

  • Having vast experience in selling products to Defense organizations.
  • Prior work experience with indenting companies
  • 2-3 years in Industrial Product Sales
  • Exposure with top client in assigned territory
  • Has Client management experience.
  • B2B experience in Industrial segment will be added advantage
  • Familiar with Corporate & Industrial Sales, Concept Selling will be added advantage.
  • Can look after sales and marketing operations for promoting products
  • Ability to work under pressure and extended time period.
  • Highly skilled in market / sales forecasting, quick to identify & formulate strategies to exploit business opportunities.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities.
  • Should have a good computer knowledge of MS Office, Internet, Emails, social media input etc.
