Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective students via calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
- Assess student goals and recommend appropriate certification programs.
- Achieve and surpass monthly enrollment targets.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups to support students through their enrollment journey.
- Coordinate with marketing and academic teams to stay informed about courses, promotions, and updates.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.1-2 years of experience in sales, student counseling, or customer service (preferably in the education sector).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in presenting and promoting academic offerings.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- A proactive, persuasive, and student-focused attitude
