- Installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial electrical systems
- Experience with 3-phase wiring, panels, and circuit breakers
- Ability to read and work with electrical schematics and technical drawings
- Troubleshooting electrical faults in machines and building systems
- Knowledge of VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives) and motor controls
- Experience in electrical maintenance of injection molding machines and their auxiliaries (chillers, compressors, dryers, loaders, etc.)
- Understanding of hot runner systems, temperature controllers, and mold wiring
- Familiarity with industrial automation systems and PLCs is a plus
- Proper cable management and termination skills
- Ability to use electrical testing equipment like multimeters, clamp meters, etc.
- Understanding of safety procedures and electrical standards
- Experience with generator systems and backup power solutions is preferred
