  • Ensure accurate payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with medical institution HR standards.
  • Develop and maintain HR records, contracts, and accreditation requirements for faculty and healthcare professionals.
  • Address employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling professionally and confidentially.
  • Collaborate with the medical administration and academic leadership to align HR strategies with institutional goals.
