Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven and self-motivated Business Development Specialist to join our growing team in Rawalpindi / Islamabad. We want to hear from you if you have hands-on experience with US Platforms & other Software Engineering Job Boards and a passion for building client relationships!

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and secure projects through platforms like LinkedIn/Otta, etc.
Develop and implement effective business profiles and other essential social accounts.
Set up ATS-friendly competitive resumes and cover letters.
Build and maintain a complete business development workflow with proper documentation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Meet monthly sales targets and performance benchmarks.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 - 2.5 years of experience working on US profiles and a proven success record, with US platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication skills (English must be proficient).
Ability to craft tailored proposals that win projects.
Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
Must be available for evening/night shift (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
Must be available on site.
Must be based in or near Rawalpindi / Islamabad.
