This offsite Sales Executive position is focused on promoting and selling digital marketing services to small and medium-sized businesses across the UAE and GCC region. The role involves generating new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and converting prospects into clients through a mix of online, onsite, and digital communication channels. The Sales Executive will collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Technical Specialist and management team to define service offerings, develop effective sales strategies, and contribute to the company’s overall growth.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition and Sales: Identify and engage potential clients using various online platforms such as social media, email campaigns, and LinkedIn. Conduct virtual meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to effectively showcase the company’s digital marketing services. Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects to ensure consistent client base growth.
Lead Generation: Work alongside team members to design and implement lead generation strategies. Manage and nurture leads throughout the sales funnel, providing personalized follow-up and support to maximize conversion rates.
Market Research and Strategy: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. Collaborate with colleagues to refine service offerings and pricing strategies based on market demand and client feedback.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong client relationships to fully understand their needs and position the company’s services as tailored solutions. Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and promptly addressing any concerns.
Reporting and Performance Tracking: Monitor sales activities, pipeline status, and conversion rates, providing regular updates to management. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators to drive business growth.
Collaboration: Participate in regular virtual meetings with management and team members to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives. Engage in brainstorming sessions and strategy meetings to continuously improve sales approaches and service packages.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in digital marketing or a related field.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively online.
- Experience working with CRM systems and proficiency in presentation software such as PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Analytical skills to interpret market trends and client needs.
