Responsibilities:

eBay Store Management:

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our eBay store.
Update and optimize product listings, prices, and descriptions for maximum visibility and sales.

Sales Strategy:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies on the eBay platform.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth.

Customer Engagement:

Engage with customers on the eBay platform to enhance their shopping experience.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews.

Marketplace Analysis:

Conduct research and analysis on eBay marketplace trends.
Stay informed about competitor activities and market dynamics.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and customer service.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve overall sales performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing an eBay store and driving sales.
Strong understanding of e-commerce principles and eBay marketplace dynamics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with eBay Seller Hub is a plus.
