We are seeking a dynamic Trainer Project Engineer to conduct technical training sessions and execute industrial automation and control projects. The ideal candidate will have both technical knowledge and communication skills to lead classroom and lab-based training, as well as support engineering projects in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Training & Curriculum Delivery

Conduct hands-on training in PLCs (Siemens, Delta, ABB, Rockwell, etc.), HMI, SCADA, VFDs, DCS, and Instrumentation.
Deliver structured training modules for students, engineers, and professionals.
Customize training content as per industry/client requirements.
Assist in developing and upgrading lab setups and training simulators.
Evaluate and monitor trainees' progress and support certification processes.

Project Engineering

Assist in the design, programming, installation, and commissioning of automation systems and industrial control panels.
Handle project documentation, including wiring diagrams, PLC programs, and reports.
Collaborate with industries on automation solution deployment and after-training support.
Ensure safety, quality, and compliance in all technical tasks and installations.

Support & Coordination

Provide technical support to the sales and business development team for client proposals.
Participate in technical events, university workshops, and client demos.
Maintain training equipment, software licenses, and troubleshoot lab issues when needed.

Requirements:

Hands-on experience with PLC/SCADA/HMI/VFD systems and industrial automation tools.
Strong communication and presentation skills for classroom and field training.
Project execution experience in industrial automation environments is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple training batches or field assignments.
Team player with a positive, learner-oriented mindset.
