Microsoft Dynamics 365 Administrator

We are looking for a committed individual with a strong technical mindset to support us in the setup, configuration, and ongoing administration of a new Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment – fully remote.

What to Expect This project starts from scratch. Our first goal is to quickly build a fully functional, multi-client capable solution to support up to 200 clients efficiently. The initial focus is on the accounting module of Microsoft Business Central, as we are a digital tax advisory firm.

The goal is to implement the technical side of the accounting system – not to handle the accounting itself. Your Responsibilities: Technical setup and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Focus on the accounting module, including:

Financial accounting setup
Chart of accounts configuration
Multi-client structure and user roles
Interface setup for accounting processes
Automation of standard workflows Implementation based on low-code platforms, with minimal custom coding Integration of basic workflows using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint)

Ongoing system maintenance in collaboration with our accounting and tax professionals In the medium term:

Integration of AI-based automation and optimization features Compensation – Transparent & Performance-Based We offer a fair, transparent, and performance-driven compensation model:

50% of your compensation is bonus-based, tied to the achievement of clearly defined milestones

We require verifiable experience – please provide examples of previous projects or tasks you’ve handled.
No accounting or tax knowledge is required – you will have access to ongoing support from our in-house tax advisors and accountants to help you complete your technical tasks effectively. What You Should Bring: Proven experience working with Business Central, especially in the accounting area (configuration, structure, user roles, etc.)
