PKR. 35,000 - 45,000/Month

We are looking for professional and personable Front Desk Officers (FDOs) to join our dedicated teams in Islamabad.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and guide patients — including children and families — warmly and professionally
Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages from patients and families
Maintain patient appointments, staff attendance, and leave records
Coordinate mail, filing systems, and daily office activities
Ensure reception and waiting areas, especially pediatric and family spaces, remain neat, safe, and welcoming
Professionally handle inquiries in Urdu & English (other languages are a plus)
Assist in drafting emails, short reports, and communication materials
Manage and maintain daily and monthly revenue records
Operate basic computer systems and software tools (including QuickBooks) confidently
Provide admin support to management, therapy staff, and pediatric care teams

Duty Timings:

Six days a week
Morning, Evening & Night Shifts (as per roster)
