We’re hiring a Client Services & Sales Representative with construction knowledge to support clients and drive business growth. You'll manage inquiries, explain services, coordinate with our estimating team, and help convert leads into projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main contact for clients needing takeoff and estimating services
- Explain services and guide clients through our process
- Recommend service packages and upsell additional options
- Support business development through outreach and client retention
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in sales or customer service (construction industry preferred)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts
- Motivated, organized, and client-focused
