1.Ensure that all the factors required for the smooth running of business at the display center are in place and working fairly well; ensure smooth running of business at the display center;
2.Be responsible for overall supervision of the display center; emphasize cleanliness and presentable look of the customers area; ensure marketing & display materials are prominently displayed;
3.Ensure to make arrangements for the overall security of the display center; make the display center environment to be customer friendly;
4.Be responsible for ensuring that staff give outstanding customer service;
5.Monitor the financial performance of the store and find ways to enhance service quality;
6.Check each and every order with delivery stock of the display;
7.Check and enter the daily bills, which come from the display as well as from the outside market;
8.Monitor time center performance and submit comparative reports to asm/rsm for onward submission to gm s&m;
9.At the end of each working day, the display manager shall submit the display manager’s daily display report to the asm/rsm as per the attached form ~ annex-e
9.1.Daily report shall be submitted to area sales manager (asm) in hard copy, or through soft copies (whatsapp or ẻmail or as agreed with the asm);
9.2.Hard copies of daily reports shall be retained and handed over to the asm as and when they meet;
9.3.Hard copy of the daily report duly signed by the display manager, shall be filed in date-wise serial order for audit trail – and submitted to asm/rsm on monthly basis;
9.4.The monthly reports shall be onward submitted to head office (gm s&m);
9.5.Non-submission of daily report will be considered as absence on the particular day/date;
10. Analyze and minimize customer complaints; suggest improvements in order to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the display center; take responsibility for the amicable settlement of any complaint; ensure that the customer complaints are logged and periodically reported to senior management including display center’s analysis and detail of satisfactory settlements;
11. Coordinate with asm for marketing related matters, display material requirements and supplies etc.; control the ceiling limit of expense as allowable under approved limit ― under control of the rsm;
12. Coordinate with other display centers / branches of the company in mutual support of core company business and occasional special issues in the city/town conveniently covered by the supporting display center;
13. Perform any other official duty or special assignment as directed by the regional sales manager, gm sales & marketing and/or senior management;
