IFES intended to request four Requests for Applications (RFAs) to invite civil society organizations to submit applications for implementing IFES’ She Leads program in Pakistan. This project aims to empower women to develop and implement community-based action plans addressing key local issues. The RFAs will provide prospective organizations with the necessary operational and performance requirements. IFES anticipates issuing multiple awards under these RFAs.
