We are seeking a experienced, skilled, and motivated Diploma holders in Electrical and Mechanical, or Bio-medical Engineering to join our technical support and service team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in electrical and mechanical systems on medical equipment, plants such as compressors etc. Should be able to read and understand operation and services manuals in English language.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, avariety of medical equipment.
Interpret technical documentation and user manuals.
Provide on-site and remote technical support.
Maintain accurate service records and reports.
Be available to work during odd hours or outside regular business hours when necessary.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Proven experience with software systems and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in computer systems and diagnostic tools.
Hands-on experience with PLCs and automation systems.
Strong communication skills, especially in technical English.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Willingness to travel and work flexible or extended hours when required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with medical or laboratory equipment.
Familiarity with healthcare regulatory standards.
Prior experience in remote support or international collaboration.
