Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of real estate agents or sales representatives.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure team effectiveness and client satisfaction.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the real estate market and trends to provide strategic insights.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients, developers,  and other stakeholders.

  • Manage listing and promotional activities, including online platforms and open house events.

  • Ensure compliance with real estate laws and ethical standards.

  • Prepare and present sales reports to upper management.

  • Handle high-profile client negotiations and finalize sales when needed.
