Digital Marketing Associate, you'll play a crucial role in driving brand awareness, generating leads, and boosting sales for our online car platform. You'll work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing strategies across various channels, including both online and offline initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy:
- Craft and implement strategies that align with brand goals.
- Stay ahead of trends and make them work for us!
Content Creation:
- Design scroll-stopping posts with stunning visuals.
- Collaborate with the design team for a seamless brand aesthetic.
- Write captions, hashtags, and text that wow!
Posting & Scheduling:
- Manage a content calendar like a pro.
- Schedule and post consistently across platforms.
Engagement Monitoring:
- Respond to comments and messages quickly and professionally.
- Build an active, engaged community.
Performance Tracking:
- Track metrics like likes, shares, and reach.
- Provide monthly reports on engagement and growth.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of social media management and content creation experience.
- Skills in platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
- Proficiency in tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, or Adobe Spark.
- Strong copywriting and trend-spotting abilities.
