What you'll be doing:

Business Support Activities

You will;

Demonstrate active listening and provide exceptional service to everyone you speak to.
Confidence in making outbound calls to businesses worldwide
Have an understanding of lead generation
Previous experience in a similar lead generation/sales/ telemarketing/ digital marketing role is desirable
A team player supporting all aspects company-wide.
Desire to grow and progress within the company and sales department.
Knowledge of the energy sector is useful but not essential
Open to change and eager to learn, with a good affinity for technology
Able to overcome objections and be proactive within the role to accomplish desired goals
A polite and friendly telephone manner
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to persuade and negotiate
Work from home with a flexible shift pattern, receiving support from the sales and technical team remotely.

You will:

You will be responsible for engaging key clients and generating new business leads.
Have worked in a sales environment previously where you will have focused on needs-based selling, ideally on the phone, email, fax, and social media
Be both target and quality-focused
Troubleshoot basic tech issues, working through common solutions before escalating to the management team
Be self-motivated working to multiple KPIs and targets remotely
Have a suitable work environment and a high-speed internet connection to use our systems.
