We are looking for a Procurement Officer to join our team who is

Sourcing suppliers and maintaining long-lasting relationships with them as well as existing suppliers.
Obtaining quotes from different suppliers.
Generating quote comparisons and contributing to internal supplier selection based on the quotes.
Managing the procurement of different products.
Negotiating price, quality of goods, deadline, and drafting contract terms and conditions with suppliers.
Collaborate with sales and R&D to confirm customer requirements, and determine accurate technical specifications.
Respond professionally and comprehensively to all requests and inquiries.
Other duties and responsibilities are subject to deliberation or discussion.
Can speak English/Hindi/Urdu.
Confident in dealing with people.
Good skills in MS Office.
Overseeing and supervising employees and all activities of the purchasing department.
Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.
Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports.
