We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive eBay Specialist join our growing e-commerce team. This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing our seller accounts on Amazon and eBay, ensuring product listings are accurate and competitive, assisting with inventory coordination, and responding to customer inquiries. The ideal candidate should have experience with marketplace platforms, a strong understanding of e-commerce operations, and excellent organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update product listings on eBay, including descriptions, pricing, images, and SEO keywords.
Monitor account health, seller metrics, and feedback ratings to ensure compliance with platform policies.
Coordinate with the inventory and fulfillment teams to ensure product availability and timely shipping.
Conduct competitor and market analysis to optimize pricing and product positioning.
Handle customer service inquiries, returns, and disputes promptly and professionally.
Create and maintain reports related to sales performance, returns, and marketplace trends.
Assist in promotional activities, such as deals, coupons, and sponsored ads.
Identify and escalate account issues or policy violations to the appropriate team or platform support.
Stay up-to-date on changes to Amazon and eBay policies and marketplace trends.
