1. Project Documentation & Record Maintenance

Maintain comprehensive records of all project activities, reports, beneficiary lists, and internal documentation.
Develop and maintain standardized templates for documentation (narrative, financial summaries, beneficiary feedback, etc.).
Ensure timely collation and archiving project reports and field updates.

2. Donor Reporting & Software/Data Management

Manage and regularly update donor reporting systems/software (especially for hand pumps, orphan support, etc.).
Coordinate with field teams to ensure accurate and timely entry of data.
Generate periodic analytical reports for internal and donor use.

3. Field Monitoring & Programme Oversight

Conduct regular field visits to monitor implementation progress and verify beneficiary information.
Document field observations, challenges, and good practices.
Provide feedback to programme teams for quality improvement.

4. Coordination & Support

Coordinate with programme officers, field teams, and support units to ensure alignment of activities.
Support proposal writing and reporting processes by providing timely data and documentation.
Represent the programme unit in internal coordination meetings when required.
