Technical Level
- Development & Customization in different MIS.
- Development of MEAL modules (Logical frameworks, Implementation & evaluation models)
- MIS Officer will take leading position for the development/customization of different system.
- Specifications/Requirements gathering as needed.
- Routine daily maintenance of existing system and database.
- Creation of site layout/user interface from provided design concepts by using standard HTML/CSS practices.
- PHP framework Laravel 8+
- Development of robust and user-friendly PHP, MySql-based web applications.
- REST API creation and integration of system.
- Multi-tenant application along SSO
- Vue JS, Angular experience would be an advantage.
- Design and creation of relational database schemas.
- Application/Framework design as needed.
- Specifications/Requirements gathering as needed.
- Routine daily maintenance of existing sites and applications.
Operational
- Preparation of weekly / monthly work plans against PMT (performance measured time frame) by ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks in stipulated time period.
- Maintenance of hard record that includes information regarding MIS development. This may include data flow diagrams, report templates & other documentation.
- Extend support to MEAL / MIS / Communications staff for gathering desired information.
- Ensure availability of up to date info in MIS on regular basis with consultation of MIS / M&E.
- Close coordination with MEAL department & line manager for technical guidance during the development & roll-out phase.
