Job Title: Assistant Director Human Resources | E-Commerce Division

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Karachi, Lahore, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Peshawar, Multan, Hyderabad, Islamabad, Quetta

Salaries:

Salary during Probation: PKR 180,000

Salary After Probation: PKR 310,000

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in the relevant field with a proven record of success and experience.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial role in the relevant field during a professional career.

ISMMART Group of Industries is actively exploring candidates for the position of Assistant Director Human Resources in our E-Commerce Division. This role is tailored for experienced HR professionals with a minimum of five years of experience in the E-Commerce industry.

Job Description:

As the Assistant Director Human Resources, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR strategy and ensuring the well-being and development of our workforce. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support in Developing and Executing HR Strategy:
  • Collaborate in developing and executing an effective HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Assist in fostering employee engagement through strategic HR initiatives.

Team Leadership and Mentorship:

  • Provide support in leadership and mentorship to a team of HR professionals, ensuring their growth and effectiveness.

Collaboration with Executive Leadership:

  • Collaborate with executive leadership to support talent acquisition, employee development, and retention initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits Management:

  • Support in overseeing the design and implementation of compensation, benefits, and performance management programs.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion:

  • Assist in championing diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts to create an inclusive and respectful workplace.

Data-Driven Approaches:

  • Collaborate in utilizing data-driven approaches to analyze HR metrics and trends, informing strategic decision-making.

Employee Relations:

  • Support in handling employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, investigations, and policy enforcement.

Learning and Development:

  • Assist in fostering a culture of learning and development, identifying training needs, and facilitating relevant programs.

Job Specification:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and industry best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR roles, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Proficiency in HR software and data analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and organizational development.
  • Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar are advantageous.
