Job Title: Director Human Resources | E-Commerce Division

Salary on Probation: 400,000 PKR Per Month
Salary after Probation: 500,000 PKR Per Month

Job Description:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that supports business objectives and enhances employee engagement.
- Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, fostering their growth and ensuring their effectiveness.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to drive talent acquisition, employee development, and retention initiatives.
- Oversee the design and implementation of compensation, benefits, and performance management programs.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts to create an inclusive and respectful workplace.
- Implement data-driven approaches to analyze HR metrics and trends, informing decision-making.
- Lead employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, investigations, and policy enforcement.
- Foster a culture of learning and development, identifying training needs and facilitating relevant programs.
Job Specification:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and industry best practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
- 8-10 years of experience in HR roles, with 6 years in a leadership or directorial capacity.
- Proficiency in HR software and data analytics tools.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and organizational development.
- Professional certifications such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or similar are highly desirable.
