Ziyan Textiles is seeking a proactive and experienced IT Manager to lead and manage all IT-related operations within the organization. The role requires overseeing hardware maintenance, resolving network and internet issues, managing website updates, handling attendance systems, and ensuring timely domain and IP renewals. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive technical support and maintain the smooth functioning of the company’s IT infrastructure and digital assets, contributing to the overall efficiency of business operations.

Key Responsibilities

General IT Management:
Oversee all IT activities across the company, including routine troubleshooting of systems, networks, internet connectivity, and software issues. Maintain and update IT equipment such as computers, printers, modems, routers, and other peripherals. Address internet-related problems by configuring modems and routers and liaising with internet service providers as necessary.

Attendance & Access Control Systems:
Manage the biometric attendance machine by monitoring its operation and ensuring accurate data capture. Extract and deliver daily and weekly attendance reports to the HR and administration teams. Maintain data backups and ensure the integrity and accuracy of attendance records.

Website & Domain Handling:
Support the updating and performance monitoring of company websites. Collaborate with web developers and designers when required to implement changes or improvements. Manage domain and IP renewals, hosting services, and DNS configurations to ensure uninterrupted online presence.

Network & Internet Administration:
Maintain the LAN and Wi-Fi infrastructure throughout the office premises. Troubleshoot and resolve internet connectivity issues promptly to minimize downtime. Implement network security protocols and data protection policies to safeguard company information.

IT Inventory & Maintenance:
Maintain detailed records of all IT assets and ensure timely repair or replacement of faulty equipment. Monitor software licenses, renewals, and antivirus subscriptions to keep systems secure and compliant.

Vendor & Support Management:
Coordinate with external vendors for the procurement of software, hardware, and IT services. Manage IT-related purchases and service contracts efficiently to optimize resources and budget.

User Support & Training:
Provide technical support to employees as needed, resolving issues promptly. Educate staff on safe IT practices and the proper use of technology resources to enhance productivity and security.

Required Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is essential. Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in IT support or infrastructure management. Strong knowledge of networking, modem/router configuration, printer setup, and domain/IP management is required. Experience with biometric attendance systems and website management is also necessary. Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills are critical. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, antivirus software, and backup tools is expected.

Salary: Rs60,000 to Rs80,000 per month
