PKR. 100,000 - 150,000/Month
You will be responsible for setting appointments, appointment scheduling, lead generation, communication, and customer service on a daily basis.
Requirements:
- Setting Appointments, Appointment Scheduling, and Lead Generation skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Track all sales activities, leads, and opportunities using CRM software, ensuring timely follow-ups and progression of deals.
- Cold calling and appointment scheduling between prospects and sales team
- Target for Appointment scheduling
- Cold Calling and email marketing is the major role.
- Develop a deep understanding of our software and services and how they can solve customer needs and pain points
- To make a minimum of 100 calls per day sourced from both marketing leads and self-identified prospects.
- Other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
- At least 2 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
