This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Representative at Iznik Fashion in Lahore. The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, effective communication, and troubleshooting customer issues on a day-to-day basis.

- Experience in a similar customer-facing role
- Ability to empathize and understand customer needs
- Knowledge of the fashion industry is a plus
- Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial
