Specific duties and responsibilities

Furnishing daily, Bakery progress report of product.
Verifying and signing all raw material goods.
To maintain daily checklist and keep it in record.
Coordinate with FSE and setter to minimize non-conformity.
Check the quality of products in each and every section and report to Manager.
Verify the environment neat and clean at all the time.
Ensure compliance authorities, and other relevant regulatory bodies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and records for audits and inspections.
Coordinate and support external audits).
Investigate and report non-conformities, take corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Conduct food safety and hygiene training for production, packing, and sanitation staff.
Monitor cleaning and sanitation schedules, ensuring proper implementation.
Verify traceability and recall procedures, when necessary.
Support new product development in terms of labeling, allergen control, and ingredient safety.
Maintain safety data sheets (SDS) for all chemicals used in production or sanitation.
Keep a good moral attitude with his subordinate and colleagues.
Check the in process and finished product Quality According to standards.
Acquire awareness about food safety, ISO, HACCAP, GMP and Halal Management System.
Ensure the cleanest possible environment in production Sections.
Ensuring House Keeping staff is proper working
Product Registration, Staff Medicals applying and Packaging matters
Other Tasks assigned by Management.
