Duties and Responsibilities:   

HR Strategy and Planning: 

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify HR needs, forecast workforce requirements, and develop workforce planning strategies.  
  • Conduct regular HR audits and assessments to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement. 

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:        

  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.      
  • Develop effective strategies to attract and retain top talent.        
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and establish interview and selection criteria. 

Employee Relations and Engagement:        

  • Promote positive employee relations and create a supportive work environment.       
  • Manage employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.      
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and productivity. 

Performance Management: 

  • Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans. 
  • Train and support managers in conducting effective performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback. 
  • Implement performance improvement plans as necessary. 

Compensation and Benefits:   

  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with industry standards and regulations. ·         
  • Conduct regular salary reviews, market benchmarking, and salary surveys        
  • Oversee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and claims management. 

Training and Development:

  • Identify training and development needs, and design and implement relevant programs.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and professional development initiatives.
  • Support career development and succession planning efforts.

Employee Policies and Compliance: 

  • Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures in compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and reporting requirements. 
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation in accordance with legal requirements and best practices. 

HR Analytics and Reporting: 

  • Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights. 
  • Prepare and present HR reports and metrics to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.Utilize HR analytics to drive data-based decision-making and support strategic HR initiatives.
