As an ERP Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the ERP system, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. ERP System Management: Manage and maintain the ERP system, ensuring data integrity, system uptime, and optimal performance.
2. Business Process Improvement: Identify areas for business process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and accuracy.
3. System Integration: Ensure seamless integration of the ERP system with other business systems and applications.
4. User Support: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using the ERP system.
5. System Upgrades: Plan and implement ERP system upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in ERP system management, implementation, or support.
3. Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
4. ERP Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of ERP systems, including configuration, customization, and integration.
Preferred Qualifications:
