You will be the frontline ambassador for our brand & engage directly with customers, providing personalized service, showcasing products, and driving sales growth. Your goal is to exceed sales targets while ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build rapport with walk-in customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products/services.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals through proactive selling and closing techniques.
- Conduct live demos to showcase product benefits and drive purchase decisions.
- Foster lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth sales processes and a cohesive customer experience.
Essential Requirements:
- Experience in the travel and tourism industry is a MUST.
- Minimum 1 year in a B2C sales role.
- Track record of meeting sales targets in a retail or customer-facing role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with others.
