Front Desk &ITAdministrative Support:Reception Duties:Greet visitors, manage incoming calls, and handle front-desk responsibilities to create a professional and welcoming office environment.Office Administration:Assist the Admin team in day-to-day office management tasks including maintaining the office clean, scheduling, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.Documentation & Record-Keeping:Organize office documents, maintain filing systems (physical and digital), and ensure records are up to date and easily accessible.Support to Admin/HR:Provide administrative assistance with tasks such as inventory tracking, document preparation, and coordination of internal communications and logistics.Network & IT Support Responsibilities:Network Administration:Maintain and monitor the organization's IT systems, including routers, switches, internet connectivity, and internal communication tools, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.Technical Support:Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and peripheral device issues for staff; escalate complex issues where necessary.System Maintenance:Regularly update and maintain operating systems, perform backups, and ensure system reliability and data integrity.Security & Equipment Management:Ensure cybersecurity protocols are followed, manage antivirus software, and maintain hardware (PCs, printers, scanners) to ensure uninterrupted service.Vendor Coordination:Liaise with IT and equipment vendors for service contracts, repairs, and procurement, ensuring licenses and warranties are up to date.
