As a key member of our growing Workday practice at UST, you’ll collaborate with leadership, mentor junior team members, and bring your hands-on expertise in Workday Studio to drive successful client outcomes.If you're a self-starter with entrepreneurial flair and a passion for building practices, we’d love to talk to you!Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support UST’s Workday integrations practice in India, including deployment, augmentation, and AMS services.Provide technical leadership with deep hands-on expertise in Workday Studio and related tools.Manage and mentor offshore teams, ensuring quality delivery and supporting their growth.Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, support testing, and manage post-deployment activities.Serve as an escalation point for complex or high-priority technical issues.Assist with team recruitment and internal training content development.Act as a Workday SME in pre-sales engagements and internal product development initiatives.Leverage UST’s internal tools and accelerators for client delivery.Requirements6+ yearsof Workday or related HRMS/Finance integrations .Strong knowledge of Workday integration technologies, including:Workday Studio (must-have)EIB, Core Connectors, Document TransformationWorkday APIs, Cloud Connect for Third Party Payroll (CCTPP).NetWorkday Reporting and BIRT (hands-on or oversight)Proven track record managing and scaling offshore teams (India .Strong client communication, presentation, and project management skills.Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.Preferred QualificationsWorkday Integrations Certification (preferred, not required for all roles)..Prior .Involvement in pre-sales or solution architecture activities.Why Join Us?Join a growing certified Workday AMS provider and Workday customer.Be part of a global team delivering high-impact solutions.Build your career in an innovative, supportive environment.Outcomes:Develop technical documents such as Functional Design Specifications Deployment documentationPerform design document reviews peer code reviews and suggest code improvementsA single point of contact for the build and deployment issues and resolve them on timeLearn technology business/system domain and as recommended by the project/accountContribute to ERP/CRM Practice related activities like (but not limited to) assembling content for case studies contributing to reusability coordinating internal seminars and conduct knowledge sharing sessions organizing sessions during and participating in hackathons etc.Select appropriate technical options for development such as reusing improving or reconfiguration of existing components.Identify the problem patterns and improve the technical design of the application/systemOptimize efficiency cost and quality.A self-learner implementing new features released in relevant technology wherever possible.Act creatively to develop applications and select appropriate technical options optimize application development maintenance and performance by employing design patterns and reusing proven solutions.
