Financial Controller

. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of accounting principles, and a proactive approach to managing risk and compliance.Key Responsibilities:Financial Reporting & AnalysisPrepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP/IFRS.Manage internal and external financial reporting processes.Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.Budgeting & ForecastingLead the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasts.Monitor performance against budget and provide actionable insights to management.Assist in strategic financial planning and decision-making.Accounting OperationsOversee day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR, GL, payroll, and tax compliance.Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.Coordinate audits and manage relationships with external auditors.Cash & Risk ManagementManage cash flow, treasury functions, and banking relationships.Assess and manage financial risks including currency, credit, and operational risks.Team LeadershipSupervise and mentor the finance and accounting team.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.Qualifications: .CPA, CMA, or equivalent accounting designation strongly preferred.
