Accounts and Finance Officer

The Accounts and Finance Officer will be responsible for assisting the Finance Manager with the daily financial operations of IZOC Solutions. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, and organized, and possess a strong understanding of accounting principles.Responsibilities:Assist in maintaining financial records and ensuring accuracy and completeness of data entry in the accounting systemProcess accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including verifying invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and generating client invoicesPrepare and process journal entries and assist in the monthly closing processReconcile bank accounts and credit card statementsPrepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statementsAssist with budget preparation and analysisAssist in the preparation of annual financial statements and audit schedulesSupport the Finance Manager in ad hoc projects and other finance-related tasks as requiredRequirements:Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on ExcelKnowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirementsAbility to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentIZOC Solutions is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from all qualified candidates.
