Mars BPO is offering HR - Intern ( Females Only)We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Intern to join our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining hands-on . The HR Intern will work closely with our HR team to support various HR functions and initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Assist with recruitment and selection processes, including posting .Support employee onboarding and orientation activities, including preparing new hire paperwork and facilitating orientation sessions.Assist with employee relations activities, including maintaining employee files, responding to employee inquiries, and supporting investigations as needed.Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, diversity and inclusion programs, and HR policy updates.Assist with HR administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining HR databases.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives and deliverables.Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends to contribute fresh ideas and insights to the team.Qualifications:Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.Strong interest in pursuing a career in human resources.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Previous internship or work .Timings: 6 PM till 12 AM6 PM till 4 AMAddress:2nd Floor, Shafi Court, Club Road, Merewether Rd, near Avari Towers, Civil Lines, KarachiStipend:25,000 - 30,000 Per Month.If you are intrested kindly send your updated resume on whatsapp: +92 03195002892.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
