While our tech stack is JS-focused, we’re not looking for a JavaScript expert — we’re looking for a strong engineer and team leader who understands software development processes, builds healthy engineering teams, and leads from the front.This is ahands-on leadership rolewhere you’ll guide a team of engineers to deliver high-quality, maintainable software for global clients. You’ll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth execution throughout the development lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a cross-functional engineering team on client projects.Own technical delivery from design and planning to development and release.Ensure engineering best practices across code quality, testing, reviews, and deployment.Support team members in debugging, system design, and resolving blockers.Mentor engineers and support their career development through regular feedback and coaching.Encourage continuous improvement and professional growth within the team.Foster a positive, productive, and inclusive team culture.Manage and continuously improve team processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and predictability.Ensure transparency, predictability, and timely delivery through strong execution.Required Qualifications:5+ years of .NET, JAVA, or Typescript based ecosystems.2+ years leading engineering teams in a delivery-focused environment.Solid understanding of SDLC, agile delivery, version control, testing strategies, and CI/CD.Strong problem-solving skills and a structured approach to software architecture and design.Excellent communication skills – able to interface with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Proven ability in decision making and problem resolution.Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and manage expectations.Great people skills, with a focus on team building, motivation, and conflict resolution.Nice to Have:Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript and related frameworks (Node.js, React, etc.)..Exposure to DevOps or cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).Benefits:Focus ongrowthand learning opportunitiesComprehensive health insuranceGym membershipAnnual team retreats and monthly workplace eventsAnnual performance-based bonus and incrementsWholesome and non-micromanaging environmentHealthy subsidized meals (lunch and dinner)Employment Details:
