. This leadership role is vital to the strategic direction, governance, and operational coordination of the association. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong advocacy, leadership, and communication capabilities, with a proven track record in working with C-level executives or as General Secretary in similar organizations.Qualifications:5–7 years of relevant experience..Demonstrated leadership, advocacy, and communication skills.Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic LeadershipLead the strategic vision and policy direction of the association.Collaborate with the Executive Committee to develop policies and advocacy plans for Pakistan’s solar sector.2. Policy Advocacy & RepresentationRepresent PSA in meetings with regulatory and government bodies (NEPRA, AEDB, DISCOs, MoE, etc.).Advocate for progressive solar policies and reforms.Lead national and international delegations related to renewable energy.3. Coordination & CommunicationAct as the liaison between the Executive Committee, government institutions, members, and stakeholders.Ensure transparency and efficient communication across the organization.4. Membership EngagementManage onboarding, retention, and engagement of members.Address member queries and coordinate support services.5. Administration & GovernanceEnsure compliance with PSA’s constitution and governance framework.Organize meetings, maintain minutes, and manage legal and regulatory documentation.6. Event Management & OutreachOversee the planning of industry events, seminars, training programs, and certification drives.Promote best practices and solar awareness across the sector.7. Fundraising & SponsorshipsSecure sponsorships and financial backing for PSA initiatives.Manage budgeting and optimal use of association resources.8.
