Novalon Polymers (SMC-PVT) Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an AM Accounts Manager Finance. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the company's functions.Responsibilities:Takes responsibility for the planning and execution of financial duties and projects of a company.Prepares financial statements, reports, and forecasts for the business to ensure financial stability.Estimates short and long-term financial objectives by setting performance targets.Evaluates the financial performance of the organization and measures returns on investments.Assist with accounting and financial activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, income statements, revenue development and financial reportingEstablish and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and reporting systems; identify and implement improvements.Review and approve bills for payment and invoices for payment and coding.Identify and resolve problematic invoicing issues.Monthly Expense Analytics.Responsible for Monthly Tax Returns & Payments Accordingly.Review all transactions and payment functions to ensure that they are complete and accurate.Periodic review of Internal Controls & Procedures.Preparation of monthly MIS report.Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports for management.Qualification and Skills:Proven .Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Resilience and persistence in a challenging environment.Ability to work independently and in a team.MS Office expertise.Must be Master degree or equivalent.Having 3 years or more experience.This .
