Office Maintenance & CleanlinessEnsure cleanliness of office premises, furniture, and workstations.Regularly clean washrooms, kitchen, and meeting rooms.Maintain cleanliness standards throughout working hours.2. Serving & HospitalityServe tea, coffee, and water to staff and guests as required.Set up meeting rooms and serve refreshments during meetings.Maintain kitchen supplies and cleanliness.3. Office Support TasksDispatch documents and letters internally and externally.Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents when required.Help in setting up office supplies and stationery.4. Errands & Outdoor TasksDeliver or collect items from banks, couriers, or vendors when assigned.Purchase office supplies or groceries as directed.Ensure safe and timely completion of all assigned errands.5. Other DutiesReport any maintenance issues to the Admin Officer.Assist with minor physical tasks (moving chairs, setting up equipment, etc.).Follow company policies and behave professionally with all staff and visitors.
