The Support Staff is responsible for opening the office punctually, preparing the workspace before staff arrival, and securely closing the office at the end of each day. Additional duties include assisting with photocopying, scanning, organizing documents, setting up meeting rooms, and running small errands as needed. Managing office supplies related to cleaning and kitchen areas is essential, which involves tracking inventory and reporting restocking requirements promptly.
Supporting the logistics for trainings, workshops, or events is another important aspect of the role. The Support Staff warmly welcomes visitors, directs them appropriately, and offers refreshments, contributing to a positive and professional office atmosphere. Adherence to safety and hygiene protocols is critical, especially when handling food and performing cleaning tasks.
