Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated individual eager to gain practical experience in managing Amazon Seller Central operations. This role offers comprehensive exposure to various aspects of e-commerce, including product research, listing optimization, inventory management, and advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will develop hands-on skills in both Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) and Fulfillment by Merchant (FBM) models, while contributing to the growth and success of an Amazon store through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Gain practical experience working directly with Amazon Seller Central, mastering the nuances of both FBA and FBM fulfillment models.
- Conduct thorough product research and validation to identify profitable opportunities and ensure market fit.
- Perform detailed keyword research to enhance product listings, improving visibility and conversion rates.
- Optimize product listings by refining titles, descriptions, images, and backend keywords to maximize sales potential.
- Manage inventory levels and order fulfillment processes efficiently to maintain stock availability and customer satisfaction.
- Set up, monitor, and optimize Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising campaigns to drive targeted traffic and increase sales.
- Analyze competitor strategies and develop competitive pricing models to maintain market advantage.
- Monitor overall Amazon account health, addressing any issues promptly to comply with Amazon policies and maintain seller reputation.
- Handle customer service inquiries professionally, ensuring positive customer experiences and timely resolution of issues.
- Develop and implement product launch strategies to maximize initial sales velocity and long-term growth.
- Utilize real-time store management techniques through case studies, applying learned concepts to practical scenarios.
- Enhance communication skills through regular reporting and collaboration with team members, fostering a productive work environment.

Required Qualifications
- Basic understanding of e-commerce principles and interest in Amazon marketplace operations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market and competitor research.
- Familiarity with keyword research tools and PPC campaign management is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks such as inventory, orders, and listings simultaneously.
