Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Talent Allocation Coordinator to join our team. This role involves close collaboration with Engineering and Delivery leadership to efficiently manage resource requirements across projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining an up-to-date resource database, tracking resource releases, and ensuring smooth transitions between assignments. This position serves as a critical liaison between internal stakeholders and the Talent Allocation Manager, providing timely updates and addressing any resourcing challenges to support seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with Engineering and Delivery leadership to understand and fulfill resource needs promptly and effectively. You will assist in documenting and maintaining an online database that tracks shared resources within the team, ensuring accuracy and accessibility. Monitoring the release of resources from ongoing projects is essential, as you will facilitate their timely allocation to new assignments, minimizing downtime and optimizing workforce utilization.
Maintaining open communication with the Manager of Talent Allocation is a key aspect of this role. You will provide regular updates on the status of resourcing requests and proactively highlight any potential issues or bottlenecks. Acting as the primary point of contact for all resourcing-related inquiries from internal teams, you will address questions and concerns promptly, fostering transparency and trust.
Anticipating and communicating potential challenges to stakeholders is critical to managing expectations and ensuring smooth operations. Staying informed about current and upcoming resource demands within the organization will enable you to contribute meaningfully to workforce planning.
